RODEOHOUSTON Super Series V is underway, and the daysheet is out for Round 3. Check out the top headlines of the round that kicks off March 18 at 5:45 p.m.

  1. Clay JorgensonBareback Riding
Clay is two for two in this Super Series winning both rounds with an 86.5 and 86. With one more strong ride, he may be the second athlete to sweep a series, joining Trevor Reiste from Bull Riding earlier this month.
  2. Tucker AllenSteer Wrestling
Tucker is pushing all the right buttons in the Steer Wrestling. When he isn’t rodeoing, he is a stunt man in Hollywood, and right now he is one of the main actors through two rounds. One more solid run will keep him in contention to win this Rodeo for the first time.
  3. Leslie SmalygoBarrel Racing
Being the defending champion comes with pressure, but it has not shown for Leslie and “Gus.” These two have won both rounds and will be in the same spot as Clay Jorgenson, trying to sweep Super Series 5.
