Blake Shelton has entered into the homes and hearts of millions of fans all over the world with his sarcastic humor, musical talents and judging role on NBC’s The Voice. The Oklahoma native has come a long way from his 2001 debut single, “Austin,” which spent five weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
Over the course of his career, Shelton has released seven studio albums, including his first holiday album, “Cheers, It’s Christmas,” in 2012. He was named Entertainer of the Year in 2012 by the Country Music Association, and also won Song of the Year for “Over You,” the lyrics of which he and his wife, Miranda Lambert, wrote together about Shelton’s brother who passed away.
